Ms.
Sherry Irwin, founder and President of Technology
Asset Management
Inc.(TAM),
has over twenty years of experience in information technology
asset management (ITAM) and is considered an expert in this
maturing discipline.
Sherry consults to clients on
IT asset management best practices, with a focus on minimizing
costs, minimizing risks, and maximizing benefits related
to IT investments. |

| She also conducts a series
of workshops and seminars on various aspects of IT asset management
including ITAM strategy and program development, software asset
and license management, and contract and supplier management. |

| From 1989 to
1995, Sherry was employed by Gartner Group Canada, during which
time she developed and managed a consulting practice in IT asset
management. In 1995, she formed Technology
Asset Management to
focus exclusively on IT asset management and related services,
including (until 2000) technology escrow, as the former Canadian
representative of DSI Technology Escrow Services, Inc. From 1998
through 2003, Sherry (through TAM) provided IT asset management
advice to clients of Giga Information Group's research and advisory
service, as a Giga Expert and part-time associate consultant. |

| In 1992, while with Gartner
Group Canada, Sherry founded the Canadian IT Asset Management
Users' Group (CITAMUG), a forum in which to share IT asset
management knowledge and influence industry practices. She continues
to sponsor and chair CITAMUG, which meets quarterly in Toronto. |

| Sherry is also
the Canadian instructor for the Certified Software Manager (CSM) course
developed by the Software & Information Industry Association
(SIIA). The one-day CSM course gives students the skills and credentials
needed to diagnose, resolve and manage today's complicated software
licensing issues. |

| In addition
to educational seminars on asset, license, vendor and contract
management, TAM also sponsors
an IT Asset Management Conference and Solutions
Showcase, held annually in Toronto. This one-day event
features presentations on current topics and issues, from the customer
and industry perspective, and a showcase of industry-leading products
and services |

| Prior to 1989, Sherry established
and managed a centralized software asset management department
at the Hudson's Bay Company, responsible for software planning,
procurement, budget and expense management, and associated policies
and procedures. In this capacity, she also directed the evaluation,
selection and justification of numerous application and system
software products. From 1977 to 1984, Sherry was employed by Shell
Canada, responsible for planning and implementation of information
security and associated policies and procedures. |

| Sherry graduated from the
University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Mathematics degree in
Computer Science. She is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC)
and has obtained her Certified Software Manager (CSM) designation
from the Software Information & Industry Association (SIIA).
She is also a Certified Technology Procurement Specialist (CTPS). |
